<p>Thrombi are fragmented by a fast rotatable rotation body (6) arranged to be unturnable on a torsion-resistant flexible shaft (5). The shaft (5) is journalled in parts (3, 4) of an internal catheter (2) between which the action body (6) is arranged. A grid (7) surrounding the action body (6) is formed by curved biassed resilient legs (8) which connect the parts (3, 4) of the internal catheter (2) with each other. Through the bias of the resilient legs (8) towards their curved shape the legs spread automatically when they leave the external catheter (1).</p> |
