In a distributed computer system which works in real time and comprises parallel-connected multiprocessors, master and slave units are included, which communicate with one another via a serial bus connection. The slave units can be connected to the connection via connecting devices. On their respective connection, the slave units can be assigned identifications in the system. The identifications can be effected by means of memory members and/or microporcessor members (7) arranged in each control device. |
