PURPOSE:To reduce mis-detection of correlation peak due to the effect of a crosstalk wave and to improve the communication quality by comparing a spurious level with a correlation peak level resulting from peak holding and integrating a correlation output so as to demodulate a data. CONSTITUTION:Peak detection and hold sections 4, 4' detect a correlation peak or spurious peaks x1-x5 within a generation period T of the correlation peak and implement holding. The peaks x1-x5 are outputted at a succeeding period T. Low pass filters 5, 5' are filters having a cut-off frequency equivalent nearly to a transmission speed K of information to integrate the peak outputted from the sections 4, 4'. Then a data comparison section 6 compares a correlation peak level with the spurious level. As a result, when the former level after integration is larger than the latter level, the data is demodulated without any error. Thus, mis-discrimination of the correlation peak and spurious radiation due to a crosstalk wave is avoided. |
