PURPOSE:To efficiently execute packet exchange with various transmitting channels by concentrating lines into the same device regardless of the transmitting channel selected by a subscriber in the packet exchange processing device ((PHM)) CONSTITUTION:An ISDN exchange is equipped with an interface for each transmitting channel and composed of a PHM 9, interface 10 for a B channel, interface 11 for a D channel, call processing control circuit 12, and subscriber circuits (LC) 3a and 3b. Thus, the packet can be efficiently processed in the same PHM with simple device configuration.
