PURPOSE:To change a current less rapidly by sloping a little a restarting pulse, making switching sensitivity non-linear, restricting a current flowing to an output circuit with specified first slope, and controlling the current of a switching circuit with specified second slope. CONSTITUTION:When a restarting pulse sloped a little is applied from the second collector of a transistor 19 to the base of a transistor 38 via a lock protection circuit 10, a current flowing to a constant-current source 44 via a transistor 39 or 40 is shunted to the transistor 38. The shunted collector current, the current ratio of which is changed into the specified value by resistors 34 and 35 composing a current mirror, is introduced to the constant- current source 44. Thereby still less current is passed through the transistor 39 or 40. As the current decreases, the impedance of a diode 42 or 43 increases, switching sensitivity decreases non-linearly, and a current flowing to an output circuit changes less rapidly. As a result, generation of a switching pulse is suppressed. |
