PURPOSE:To improve an operational feeling of switching a shift position by providing a shift control part in which an arithmetic means controls a shift actuator at a speed corresponding to a changeover position of the shift position. CONSTITUTION:When a drive switch 1d of a select switch 1 is on-operated, a shift control part 2h calculates an operational speed of a shift actuator 3 based on an input from a shift position judging part 2c and an input from a select position judging part 2e. In this way, the shift actuator 3 is driven at a relatively fast speed from a parking position to a neutral position and at a relatively slow speed from the neutral position to a drive position. The shift actuator 3 is similarly driven at a speed corresponding to a select position of the shift position. |
