PURPOSE:To improve bending workability and to make it possible to automize the work by a method wherein a line-scribing blade is positioned on the inside of a punching blade so as to perform at about the same time both shape punching and line pressing and in addition, the crosssectional shape of the line pressing blade is specified. CONSTITUTION:When a synthetic resin sheet is punched into a specified pattern and a line pressing for forming a channel for bending is performed at a specified part and this is bent to weld necessary parts, a constitution is made in such a way that a line-scribing blade is positioned on the inside of a punching blade so as to perform at about the same time both shape punching and line pressing and in addition, the crosssectional shape of the above described line-scribing blade is made in such a way that a pair of line-scribing corner is provided and the part between both corners is not projected outside thereof to prepare an outer decorative box made of the synthetic resin. The apex part of the line-scribing blade 5 may have other shapes than a flat shape, namely, a shape wherein the part between a pair of line-scribing corners 6 and 6 has a recessed shape. |
