PURPOSE:To improve stability to regenerated light and thermal stability and to obtain high sensitivity by a method wherein an organic thin film recording layer containing a specific compound is established. CONSTITUTION:An organic thin film recording layer containing a compound expressed by the formula I is established. However in the formula R1 and R2 represent a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical and they may be combined with each other to be cyclized. Further, R3 respectively represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl radical or replaced or non-replaced aryl radical, Ar a replaced or non-substituted aryl radical or a replaced or non-substituted aromatic heterocycle, X an anion or an adduct of an anion and a halogen, and n represents 1 or 2. |
