PURPOSE:To obtain the title roasted fish having improved flavor while maintaining characteristic appearance of fish by injecting seasoning to slices of fish and roasting. CONSTITUTION:Slices 1 of fish are inserted between partition walls 31 in such a way that cut end faces standing upward and moved with operation of an endless belt 3. A tank 5 charged with seasoning is connected through a fixed displacement pressure pump 4 by a pipe to a tubular needle 2, the needle 2 is vertically moved with timing, the tip of the needle 2 is thrust into cut end faces of slices and a fixed amount of seasoning is injected to the slices by the pump 4. Then the slices are roasted to give the aimed roasted fish. |
