<p>PURPOSE:To adjust the frequency of an oscillator by providing a field effect transistor(TR) for power supply for an inverter and a terminal connecting to a gate of the field effect TR and varying a voltage applied to the terminal so as to vary the resistance of the field effect TR. CONSTITUTION:With a voltage fed to an external terminal 6 applied to a gate of a field effect TR Q3, the resistance of the field effect TR Q3 varies with the applied voltage, resulting that the charge/discharge circuit of an inverter 2-1 is changed thereby varying an oscillating frequency of an oscillator 3. Thus, the voltage division ratio of resistors R1, R2 is changed to vary the voltage applied to the external terminal 6 thereby varying the oscillating frequency of the oscillator 3 externally.</p> |
