PURPOSE:To reduce the loss of energy and to prevent storage time from being prolonged by turning off a transfer current supplying element when a ratio between a collector current and a base current is larger than a prescribed value, and turning it on when the ratio between both currents is smaller than the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:When the ratio between the collector current and the base current is larger than the value to be decided by the gains of both operational amplifiers 7 and 8 by increasing the base current, the output of a comparator 9 is made Hi and a transistor Q2 us turned off. When a current flowing from the transistor Q2 to a coil 4 is interrupted, a fly wheel current is generated by the inductance of the coil 4, the current is supplied through a transfer diode 5 and the coil 4 to the base of a transistor Q1, and the transistor Q1 is held in an ON state. When the ratio between the collector current IC and the base current IB is smaller than the value decided the gains of the both operational amplifiers 7 and 8, the output of the comparator 9 is made Lo and the transistor Q2 is turned on. |
