PURPOSE:To make the beat pulse generation system being a high frequency processing system into low frequency and simplify all the control system and reduce the cost by uniting the laser beams from plural control target lasers and a reference laser, and optically amplifying the output from a second light combiner. CONSTITUTION:The radiations from the 1.55mum band distribution feedback lasers(DFBs) being the targets to stabilize frequency intervals are united by a first light multiplexed 14, after permeating optical isolators 11, 12 and 13, respectively, and further by a second light multiplexer 15, it is multiplexer with the second output beam from a light 4, and then it enters a semiconductor laser type light amplifier (LD amplifier) 73. The output of the LD amplifier 73 is converted from light to electricity by a second light detector 16, and then it is input into a controller 7, and the first, second, and third control signals from the controller 7 are input into laser device drives 17, 18 and 19, respectively. The driving currents according to control signals are injected into DFBs 8, 9 and 10 from the laser device drives 17, 18 and 19. |
