PURPOSE:To obtain an electrode for a fuel cell with high durability by a simple method suitable for mass production by alloying at least two kinds of metal powder by mechanical alloying. CONSTITUTION:The powder alloyed with at least two kinds of metal powder by mechanical alloying or the powder alloyed with at least two kinds of metal powder by mechanical alloying and containing a synthesized hydrogen storage alloy or a metal hydride is used, and the powder is used as a starting material with a ball mill by the mechanical alloying method to obtain a powder alloy. No heating and melting steps are required like the normal alloying method, and the alloy fine powder for the electrode of a fuel cell can be obtained by the method suitable for mass production. |
