PURPOSE:To display a time required for completing copying by providing a timer counter which sets and counts down the required time corresponding to the conditions of the copying when a copying button is depressed and a time display device which displays the content thereof. CONSTITUTION:The timer counter 204 which sets and counts down the required time corresponding to the conditions of the copying which are previously set when the copying button is depressed,and the time display device 103 which displays the content thereof are provided. In such a case, when the copying button 101 is depressed, the content of a memory for a data table 203 is read out by taking the combination data thereof as an address. Besides, the read-out content is set to the counter 204 and the content of the counter 204 is displayed on the time display decive 103 at the same time. Then, the counter 204 counts down the content together with the lapse of time thereafter and changes (reduces) a left time displayed on the display device 103. In such a way, the time until the copying is completed is displayed. |
