PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement in longitudinal and traverse directions of a segment generated from driving force of a shield machine by anchoring steel materials to a bedrock from proper locations of the segment in an excavating execution of the shield machine. CONSTITUTION:A hole is bored by a boring machine through an injection hole of a shield segment 2, and a casing pipe 8 in which a packer 7, a steel material 3 and an injection pipe 9 are contained is installed. After that, the pipe is pulled out while injecting mortar into a hole in the side of a bedrock G successively from the internal and external shafts through the internal end of the pipe 8. Then, the packer 7 is connected to the injection pipe 9, mortar or cement is pressurized with high pressure by an injection head, and the packer 7 is expand ed to blockade a space between the packer and the hole wall. After the curing, the steel wire 3 is tensed by a jack 11 to fix. According to the constitution, the swell to the outside of the segment 2 can be prevented. |
