PURPOSE:To enable insertion molding by preventing generation of a protruded stripe, groove and crack on the hollow inside of a molded article, by forming a quarter surface of the top side of a main part of a cavity of a bent mold formed on a parting surface is formed on the upper part of a split mold and a quarter surface of the lower side is formed on the lower part of the split mold. CONSTITUTION:When movable platens 4, 4 and split molds 5, 5' are moved in a closing direction through driving of hydraulic cylinders 24, 24 and lower parts 7, 7 of the split molds are closed, a holding hole E is formed by closing a lower half surface (c) of a main part of a mold cavity opening toward the upper part and half surfaces (e), (e) of insert parts holding holes by lower quater surfaces (c), (c) of the main part of the mold cavity. A nozzle 26 provided with a seat plate 27 of insert parts are inserted into the holding hole E.
