PURPOSE:To optimize the sintering time at the time of producing the ceramic superconducting formed body by sintering a material to be sintered while measuring the electric resistance of the material. CONSTITUTION:A composition capable of forming a ceramic superconductor or the material obtained by calcining and crushing the composition is formed along with an electrode 1 into a body 2, and the obtained formed body 2 is heated to a specified temp. in an electric furnace 3. The electric resistance of the body 2 is successively measured under such conditions by the AC 4 terminal method, and the furnace 3 is slowly cooled to room temp. after the resistance value is saturated. Since the optimum sintering time is obtained by this method, an increase in the non-super-conducting phase part due to the deficiency of the sintering time is prevented, and conversely loss of time due to the excess of sintering time is obviated. |
