摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To allow driving of the liquid crystal display device with a scan bus driver of binary output by impressing a gate-on voltage on a selected line, a reference voltage on the adjacent line in a scanning direction and a gate-on voltage on the next line thereof at the time of executing an interlace driving. CONSTITUTION:The gate-on voltage Ggon which turns on a switching element is impressed to the scan bus line 6-1 to be scanned and the reference voltage Vr of the value lower than the gate-on voltage Ggon is impressed to the adjacent scan bus line 6-2 in the scanning direction. The gate-on voltage Ggon is impressed to the adjacent scan bus line 6-3 and a gate-off voltage Vgoff to turn off the switching element is impressed to the other scan bus lines. The presence of only the two values is necessitated in both of the odd lines and the even lines in a certain period in this way and, therefore, the driving of the liquid crystal device by the scan bus driver of the binary output levels is possible.</p>
