摘要 PURPOSE:To judge variation in radiation intensity properly and to securely know its variation state by providing a counting rate arithmetic means, a reliability measuring means, and a display means. CONSTITUTION:A counter 11 integrates a pulse signal in order and also sends the pulse integral value of a time DELTAT to the means 12 when a read-in control signal which is sent from the counting rate arithmetic means 12 at intervals of the specific time DELTAT arrives. Here, the means 12 finds the counting rate from a specific expression based upon the pulse integral value of every time DELTAT sent from the counter 11 and then reads a standard deviation set in a standard deviation setting part 13 to find a time constant from a specific expression based upon the standard deviation and a last counting rate. A reliability decision means 15 finds the upper limit value and lower limit value of the counting rate from a specific expression based upon the standard deviation in the setting part 13, a reliability value set in a reliability value setting part 14, and the last counting rate, and a counting value right before the last value. It is judged whether or not the upper-limit value and lower-limit value are within the specific range and when variation having no significant difference is decided from whether or not there is the significant difference, the counting value right before the last value is sent out to a display means 16.
