DRYING METHOD FOR EXTRUSION MOLDING AND DRYING JIG AND TRUCK

PURPOSE:To manufacture a product reduced in the generation of deformation such as warpage or distorsion and having dimensional accuracy in good yield by a method wherein an extrusion molded product is fitted in the upward V- shape groove formed to a receiving jig and subsequently covered with a press jig having a downward V-shape groove to be held and dried in a drying oven. CONSTITUTION:As a drying jig, a receiving jig 1 having length of 2600 mm obtained by forming a punching metal having a large number of holes 8 into a trough-like shape having a V-shape cross section whose open angle alpha is 90 deg. and respectively bending the end parts of both sides thereof outwardly to form flange parts 1a and a press jig 2 formed so as to have the same shape and dimension as the receiving jig 1 and having a V-shape cross section and provided with flange parts 2a are prepared. The receiving jig 1 of the drying jig is held so that the V-shape groove 3 thereof is equally opened at every 45 deg. with respect to verticality and a hollow pipe after molding is fitted in the jig 1 in an inclined state. The held hollow pipe 10 is placed on a drying truck to be introduced into a drying oven.
