摘要 PURPOSE:To make the operation easy and upgrade thermal efficiency by inserting a belt-shaped tarpaulin sheet into turning sections of a main body of a unit mesh sheet, blowing hot air from the outer surfaces of the turning sections to the tarpaulin sheet almost vertically to its face through a couple of nozzles and pressing both sheets in the molten state. CONSTITUTION:Nozzle 151 and 152 forming, for instance, a couple respectively are disposed on the outer faces of turning sections 10o-1 almost vertically to a tarpaulin sheet 21 for the purpose of thermal welding the turning section 10o-1 on the belt-shaped tarpaulin sheet 21 inserted between the turning sections 10o-1 of a main body 10o of a unit mesh sheet 10, and hot air is blown out from said nozzles. The turning sections 10o-1 are melted by the hot air by said arrangement, and simultaneously the hot air reaches the surface of the tarpaulin sheet 21 through a mesh formed on the main body 10o to melt said surface. Thus pressure is applied onto the main body 10o and the tarpaulin sheet 21 in the molten state from above the outer face of the main body 10o, and the main body and the tarpaulin sheet are thermal welded firmly by pressing the main body on the surface of the tarpaulin sheet 21.
