<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the delay of display for the fault of a display device due to the delay of the processing time despite the increase of the number of process equipments by storing collectively the state signals of each point of the process equipments for each of these equipments with a decentralized controller. CONSTITUTION:The state signals 30a, 30b ... of the process equipments 30 inputted from these equipments are stored in a memory 22 for each equipment 30. Then these state signals are transmitted to a monitor controller 10 in a fixed cycle via a transmission control module 24. In this case, all equipments are decided faulty if either one of those signals 30a, 30b ... has a bit showing the presence of a fault. Thus the signal trains which are collected into a single point for each equipment 30 are sent to the controller 10 in a fixed cycle. At the side of the controller 10, a fault presence/absence information signal sent from a decentralized controller 20 for each equipment 30 is stored in a memory 14 and then displayed at a CRT display device 11.</p> |
