<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated wire for electronic equipment free from characteristic deterioration of a linear crystal oxygen-free copper wire by providing an insulative covering layer which is formed by covering the external circumference of a linear crystal oxygen-free copper wire with an ultraviolet curing resin composite and then curing the resin composite by radiation of ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:An insulative covering layer 2 made of ultraviolet curing resin is provided on a conductor 1 of a single wire and a stranded wire made of a linear crystal. The conductor 1 is a copper conductor whose purity is 99.99% or more and made into a linear crystal after crystal growth especially caused by heating and the purity should be as high as possible. For the constitution, single wire or a stranded wire is employed. Any one which can be cured by ultraviolet rays is employed for an ultraviolet curing resin composite to become the insulative covering layer 2, and fundamentally photopolymerizable oligomer, photopolymerizable monomer, photoinitiator, etc., can be employed. Then, the resin composition can be covered with an insulator through curing by radiation of ultraviolet rays without heating, but at an ordinary temperature, so that the organization of the conductor does not change and an insulated wire which can transmit a clear image and good voice can be manufactured.</p> |
