PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit simulation for generating an expected value without considering any hourly change in output data of a circuit to be tested by fetching a data to be outputted from the circuit to be tested according to a collection demand of a data collector. CONSTITUTION:Output data P2 to be outputted from a circuit 11 to be tested is composed of data P12, P22, P32... and lengths of the data T12, T22, T32... are varied as required. When a data collector 12 sends a demand signal to the circuit 11 to be tested through a data line 13A, the circuit 11 sends the output data P2 to the collector 12 through a data line 13B and then, sends a data transmission completion signal to the collector 12 through a data line 13C. A memory 12a stores the output data P2. Thereafter, the same operation is repeated by supplying a demand signal from the collector 12. In this manner, the output data P2 flexible hourly to be sent from the circuit 11 to be tested is collected with the controlling of a timing by the collector 12 thereby enabling the generation of an expected value without considering change in the situation of the circuit to be tested. |
