PURPOSE:To eliminate a fear that the connection is executed erroneously, and to make the electrode nonreturnable by providing a soft substrate main body, a plate-like substrate having a reinforcing plate provided on the other face of the substrate main body, and plural signal output terminal parts subjected to pattern formation on one face of the plate-like substrate. CONSTITUTION:A connector 3 is constituted so that it has integrally plural signal output terminal parts 4 connected electrically to the other end of each of lead wires 2, can be connected to an electrocardiograph for constituting a measuring instrument, and an electrocardiogram signal is transmitted to the electrocardiograph 5 through the connector. The connector 3 is constituted of a plate-like substrate 20 and a signal output terminal part 4. On one face of a flexible substrate 6 for constituting the plate-like substrate 20, plural signal output terminal parts 4 are subjected to pattern formation, and the other face is covered with a base film 7 for constituting a reinforcing plate, and constituted so as to give strength to the flexible substrate 6. The connector 3 is suitable for mass production, thus the manufacturing cost can be low. |
