PURPOSE:To have a large specific dielectric constant and small temperature fluctuation rate by specifying (x-z) by mol% when a compound composed of lead oxide, magnesium oxide, niobium oxide and calcium oxide is expressed by a composition formula of xPbO-y(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O2-xCaO. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic compound is composed of a compound comprising lead oxide, magnesium oxide, niobium oxide and calcium oxide expressed by a composition formula of xPbO-y(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O2-zCaO, where (x-z) are respectively difined by mol% as 0.05<=x<=0.45, 0.4<=y<=0.55, 0.15<=z<=0.4 and to meet the condition of (x+y+z)=1. With the preparation, a part of lead of magnesium niobium lead oxide (Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3) is substituted with calcium, and a temperature characteristic with an excellent high Q value is obtained while high specific dielectric constant in lead oxide is maintained in the microwave region. |
