NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I{[R<1> is alkyl, cycloalkyl or alkoxyalkyl; R<2> is H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, etc.; R<3> is H or ORA {RA is formula II [A is formula III, etc.; Z1 is formula IV (X is halogen, etc.), etc.]}; R<4> is R<1>, etc.; R<5> is H or OR<c> (R<c> is RA) some case attaching condition} or acid addition salt thereof. EXAMPLE:2-[4-(4-Chloro-3-sulfurmoylbenzoyl)piperazino]ethyl methyl 1,4- dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)pyridine-3,5-dica-rboxylate. USE:A medicine. The aimed compound has extremely low toxicity and is useful as preventive and remedy for coronal vasodilator, cerebral blood increasing agent, hypotensor and thrombosis. PREPARATION:For example, a compound expressed by formula V is subjected to esterification reaction with a compound expressed by the formula R<4>-OH in the presence of a dehydration agent to provide the compound expressed by formula I (R<5> is H). |
