<p>PURPOSE:To improve SS filtering effect remarkably by installing two kinds of filtration beds having different functions while putting a space between them and supplying oxygen to a first filtration bed sufficiently and at the same time preventing and controlling an intrusion of groups of oxygen-containing gas bubbles to a second filtration bed. CONSTITUTION:After SS easy to precipitate is precipitated and separated in a precipitation part 13, organic sewage flows upward in a first filtration bed A and at the same time an oxygen-containing gas bubble flow out of a supplying pipe 6 and proceed to the filtration bed A upward, so that BOD, etc. is removed biologically and fine SS also is filtered and removed. Water flowing out of the upper end of the first filtration bed A flows upward in a second filtration bed B set above while passing a space 5 and remaining SS, BOD, etc. are filtered and removed highly. Here, a bubble leading out pipe 10 is installed in the filtration bed B and the whole amount of the bubble groups flowing out of the filtration bed A are prevented from proceeding to the filtration out of the filtration bed A are prevented from proceeding to the filtration bed B. Consequently, it is prevented that a large amount of bubble groups go up to the filtration bed B and that SS filtering effect is degraded remarkably owing to the disorder of water flow following gas bubble rising movement.</p> |
