PURPOSE:To provide frozen seasoned noodles edible simply and tastily at home and suitable for business in production of frozen seasoned noodles by flavoring noodles in sea food taste, meat taste or vegetable taste. CONSTITUTION:In boiling noodles such as UDON (wheat vermicelli) or spaghetti, the noodles are seasoned in sea food taste such as bonito taste, prawn taste, shellfish taste, salmon taste, tuna taste, cod or sea urchin taste or a meat taste such as beef taste or chicken taste or vegetable taste. As a concrete method, the noodles are boiled in ordinary hot water up to approximately a half boiling time and then in soup containing bonito, sea tangle, Lentinus edodes or salt in the remaining half time. Then the noodles are rapidly frozen to a very low temperature to produce frozen seasoned noodles. |
