PURPOSE:To carry out finishing work of roll paper in a space adjacent to the roll paper by providing a roll paper drawing device capable of drawing the roll paper from a roll while controlling the tensile force of the roll paper drawn continuously after a defective skin. CONSTITUTION:A roll paper drawing device 60 which can control the tensile force of roll paper is provided between an ejected paper take-up device 50 to take up a defective skin existing on a skin layer of the roll paper and the roll paper. Consequently, proper tensile force is always added to a part of quality paper drawn continuously after the defective skin and it is possible to carry out finishing work of the roll paper in a space adjacent to the roll paper. |
