PURPOSE:To reduce the discharge of noxious gas, a malodor and smoke as low as possible by applying a starch size or an adhesive based thereon to one surface of a film and flocking the coated surface with short fiber composed of a chemical synthetic fiber consisting of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen or a natural fiber. CONSTITUTION:As a base, a fabric, a knit fabric, a nonwoven fabric or paper composed of a natural fiber is used or a film composed of a polypropylene resin to which calcium carbonate and a filler are added is used. An adhesive is applied to the base and the adhesive coated surface is flocked with a short fiber according to a usual electrostatic flocking method. As this short fiber, one not composed of a chemical synthetic fiber but composed of a natural fiber is used but one composed of a chemical synthetic fiber called nylon 6, nylon 66 is also used. When the short fiber is perfectly burnt, steam and carbon dioxide are generated but no trouble is generated and nitrogen dioxide is generated but trouble is not much generated when a large amount of the short fiber is not burnt. After the completion of the process, the flocked base is dried according to a usual method. |
