<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts by integrally forming a member for pressing a corner part of an elastic material, and pressing respective corners independently, in a paper feeding mechanism of a copying machine and the like, wherein pressing force to sheet corner part and pressing force in the reverse direction are combined together to separate a sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 8 in a paper feeding cassette 5 receives pressing force upwards from downward by a pressing plate 6 and a pressing spring 7 and pressing force to a corner part of the sheet 8 downwards from upward by a sheet paper presser 4. The uppermost sheet 8 is buckled in the neighborhood of the paper presser 4 thereby, separated and carried in feed on receiving pressing and kick out of a friction roller 9. This paper presser 4 is formed of an elastic wire rod to right and left symmetry with a fixing projection part 1 in the center, pressing parts 2 and projection parts 3 for sliding guide on both ends. The fixing projection part is fitted to a side face in the paper feeding direction of the cassette 5, and both end parts are made free so as to be elastically deformable respectively.</p> |
