PURPOSE:To provide title composition which contains a graft copolymer prepared by grafting a specific monomer onto a vinyl chloride resin, a hydrogenated norbornene resin and a rubber-like polymer, thus showing high heat resistance and shock resistance. CONSTITUTION:The desired composition is produced by combining 100 pts. wt. in total of (A) a vinyl chloride resin and (B) a hydrogenated norbornene resin which is prepared by hydrogenating a ring-opened copolymer from the ring-opening polymerization of compound of the formula and/or a mixture thereof with another copolymerizable monomer until more than 90% of the non-aromatic carbon-carbon double bonds in the copolymer is hydrogenated, with (C) 3 to 70 pts. wt. of a graft copolymer prepared by grafting (i) a monomer mixture containing vinyl aromatic monomers, methyl methacrylate, vinyl cyanide and other copolymerizable vinyl monomers and polyfunctional monomers onto (ii) a rubber-like polymer. |
