The subject of the invention attempts to carry out all the preceptive functions established for this type of apparatus, being based on the use of solid state devices. It is formed from two fibre-glass printed-circuit boards joined by plastic bushes and connected electrically together by means of two connectors located in the upper part thereof. A front plate carries a display 7, a keyboard 10, an external-programming switch, a starting switch, supply filters, power devices with output to the external repeater and external-connection connectors, whilst a rear plate carries a microcontroller 1 and a RAM memory 2 for storing with the battery thereof and the protection circuits thereof. The electronic assembly is covered by two plastic casings which fit together by means of intersecting tongues and allow fastening thereof by means of screws from the sides. <IMAGE>
