The process for the purification of the effluents from the industrial processing of mussels, with an 85-88% reduction in the initial DQO and production of single- cell protein and an amylolitic preparation, by means of the pretreatment of the effluent with the production of a protein fraction and a clarified medium suitable for the development of microfungi, which is used for the culture of: 1. Fusarium semitectum, with production of a single-cell protein; 2. Aspergillus oryzae, similarly with production of a single-cell protein and, by ultrafiltration of the post- incubation medium, an amylolitic preparation of high stability. <IMAGE>
