Equipment for capturing and transmitting medical biological data. It comprises means for capturing data, means for checking the data and means for transmission, and is characterized by the fact that the means for capturing the data comprise at least a first sensor 30 for the pulse and blood pressure, a second sensor 31 for the temperature and a third sensor 32 for the oxygen saturation of the blood; a keypad for selection of the sensors; and a selection circuit which selects the sensor when the corresponding key 33, 34, 35 is pressed; the means for checking include a microprocessor by means of which normal operation and programmed automatic operation are possible. Sensors are positioned in a confined space 25 into which the patient inserts a finger. A variant allows communication by any means of transmission without the need for connection to the network. Another variant incorporates a telephone receiver and a magnetic card reader. It allows the remote transmission of the data. <IMAGE>
