It comprises a conveyor formed by two parallel belts 3-4 consisting of a succession of transverse rectangular plates which advance at the same speed. The conveyor is covered partially by a tunnel chamber 9 with end closure curtains 21, and divided longitudinally by a partition 10 with a different atmosphere in each zone it constitutes a drying and a gas-extraction chamber; another, adjacent chamber 11 is covered by a transparent dome, and is for stabilization, and, finally, another chamber 12, similar to the first one, constitutes a reactivation chamber. Over the final portion of the conveyor there is a movable chamber 14 with arms 15 resting on lateral guides 16-17 which runs optionally along said final portion and constitutes an auxiliary adhesive reactivation chamber. <IMAGE>
