Modular transmitter for radiodiffusion in FM. It comprises a set of plug-in cards constituting individual stages coupled in parallel in order to define, overall, the power output stage, formed by individual printed-circuit boards, thermal radiators and connectors, equipped with front handles for facilitating their insertion and removal into and from the body of the transmitter and consequently their addition or subtraction to or from the total power of the equipment. The equipment includes a single exciter and a single power stage. The body of the transmitter has multiple apertures for the cards corresponding to housings provided with fixed connectors for receiving the aforesaid cards as well as input and output impedance adapters and an air fan/turbine for cooling the assembly. <IMAGE>
