The system is basically provided for fitting in correspondence with the upper front part of a bar/counter in bars, cafeterias and the like, including an elongate casing 1 with holes 3 for the introduction of the waste by customers, which waste falls onto a conveyor belt 6 which, duly driven by a gear motor 4, transfers said waste to a downpipe 15 over which is fixed the opening of a bag 13 for receiving the waste, which bag is in turn contained in a container 14, the downpipe 15 and bag 13 with its container 14 being located on the inside of the front panel of the counter. The system includes a pressurization fan 11 for preventing the emergence of smells. <IMAGE>
