Installation for a local betting network which rewards an event which has occurred in a defined period of time and comprises a central computer which exerts its control on multiple player terminals which provide the player with a ticket printed with his bet. In the local network, the central control computer may be connected to management terminal computers for carrying out auxiliary tasks. The player terminals have been configured as coin machines which supply printed tickets with the combination played by the better and processable information to the central computer. <IMAGE>
