PURPOSE:To obtain the oil-in water type retort-treated title food consisting of oils and fats and water, etc., without using a milk product such as cow milk as a main raw material, hardly causing browning on heating in retort treatment, impairing no texture and taste and having excellent storage stability. CONSTITUTION:The aimed food consisting of oils and fats and water or water soluble ingredient (including saccharide having reducing reactive group, preferably e.g. reducing maltose or sorbitol) without using a milk product such as cow milk, powder milk or condensed milk as a main raw material. |
