PURPOSE:To achieve an operation with the same operating touch as would be in operation using an ordinary scalpel by arranging a section for observing patients which is provided on the outer circumference of a light guiding body for guiding a laser light as connected to a chip with a sharp tip to allow the transmission of the laser light and also connected to a section for preventing the leakage of the laser light and a photoconductor and a laser oscillating section. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillation adjuster 8 is adjusted to regulate the intensity of a laser light from a laser oscillating section 7 and then, a state of emitting a laser light from a chip 2 is optimized. Under such a condition, an affected part of a patient is excised with a sharp tip 2a of the chip 2 observing the affected part through an observing section 6 and it is irradiated with the laser light at a desired location to be treated. When the desired location to be treated exists deep in vivo, first, the sharp tip 2a of the chip 2 sticks into the affected part and the laser light is irradiated observing the location to be treated with the observing section 6. This enables the treatment of the desired location to be treated only. |
