PURPOSE:To enable surface design of a high degree of completion by integrally molding a transfer foil on the resin layer surface of a heat-resistant resin center emblem using an in-molding technique and coating the peeling layer surface of the transfer foil with transparent resin material containing ultraviolet absorbent. CONSTITUTION:A center emblem 1 is formed of a resin layer la which is molded with high heat resistant resin material such as polycarbonate resin and modified PPO resin with the resin melting temperature being 280 deg.C or higher, a transfer foil 2 which is integrally molded on the surface of the resin layer la using an in-molding technique (but the base film 2a is removed therefrom after in- molding), and a ultraviolet-absorbent-contained transparent resin material 3 with which the surface of the transfer foil 2 is coated. The transfer foil 2 is formed of the base film 2a, a peeling layer 2b, a colored layer 2c to which pictures are applied via a bright film with the aluminum evaporated surface as base material or a coating surface, and the adhesion layer 2d which is welded on the resin layer 1a. |
