PURPOSE: To improve safety performance of a safety belt in a locking device which is released upon receiping specified acceleration and allow fastening of the safety belt, by additionally providing sensor function, and reducing transmission time from the sensor to the locking device to minimum. CONSTITUTION: This locking device suitable for pulling device 55 for a safety belt is composed of at least two energized members 9, 21 energized in different directions, a rotational member 214 which fixes the energized members 9, 21 at least two support parts 24, 41, and support seats 18, 27 which supports one end of the rotational member 214. The rotational member 214 can be rotated around a swing shaft, while its one end is energized to the side of the support seats 18, 27. The rotational member 214 can be moved away from the support seats 18, 27, at least such an extent that the rotational member 214 is released from the support seats 18, 27. The rotational member 214 is rotated upon being released from the support seats 18, 27. At least two energized members 9, 21 are released from the support parts 24, 41. |
