PURPOSE:To obtain an inductance component adapted to operate in a high frequency and having very small power loss by providing a coil on a magnetic element formed by alternately laminating one or more types of an insulator layer, a dielectric layer and a nonmagnetic layer or a layer of mixture, and ferrite magnetic layers. CONSTITUTION:Even if a ferrite magnetic layer 1 of a magnetic element 15 is replaced with a laminated structure having an insulator layer 2, a dielectric layer or a nonmagnetic layer, further a layer of the mixture or two or more types of layers instead of the layer 2, its iron loss is similarly very small. In a structure in which a layer having high matching properties to the layer 1 is brought into contact with the layer 1, another layer is further provided therebetween, a nonmagnetic layer 5 is used as the layer having high matching properties as shown, and the layer 2 may be provided as the layer therebetween. |
