<p>PURPOSE:To remarkably improve assembly workability, by a method wherein a block body is constituted by electrically connection a connector, a primary coil, a secondary coil, and a high voltage tower, and said block body is accommodated in a mold case. CONSTITUTION:At the time of assembly the title coil device, a voltage tower engaging part 20 is engaged with a first secondary bobbin engaging part 21, and a high voltage tower 12 and a secondary coil 11 are unified in a body, thereby constituting a first block. A connector engaging part 22 is engaged with a first primary bobbin engaging part 23, and a connector 13 and a primary coil 9 are unified in a body, thereby constituting a second block. A second primary bobbin engaging part 31 is engaged with a second secondary bobbin engaging part 30, and the second block and the first block are unified in a body, thereby constituting a block body. The first block and a second block are electrically also unified in a body, by electrically connecting them with solder by using a wiring connection part stretching from the connector 13 and the like. After that, the physically and electrically unified block is accommodat ed in a mold case 4.</p> |
