PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient presence, power, and clearness in accordance with the reproducing sound volume and circumstances in a listening room or the like by performing the digital processing of an inputted audio signal based on the sound volume of the audio signal, the acoustic pressure, or acoustic circumstances in the listening position. CONSTITUTION:The audio signal inputted to an input terminal 1 is converted to a digital signal by an A/D converter 2 and is inputted to a digital sound processor 3. The digital sound processor 3 processes the inputted digital audio signal based on data from a sound volume detecting part 10 which detects the sound volume level of an amplifier 5, a dark noise level detecting part 11 which detects the state of each reproducing place, an echo state detecting part 12, and an acoustic pressure detecting part 13 which detects the acoustic pressure in the listening position. The processed digital audio signal is converted to an analog signal by D/A converters 4 and 7. This analog audio signal is amplified by amplifiers 5 and 8, and is outputted from front right and left speakers 6 and rear right and left speakers 9. |
