<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of irregular oscillation and abnormal sounds to stabilize transportation by providing a spiral groove on the inside wall surface of a bearing hole fixed to a roller main body to form an air layer between a bearing and a supporting shaft. CONSTITUTION:The air layer is formed between a bearing 14 and a supporting shaft 6 by a spiral groove 42 formed on the inside wall surface of the bearing 14. The groove 42 is formed to narrow the contact area. Since the air layer is formed and the contact area is narrowed, the frictional coefficient between them is reduced. The contact part is not varied by a tension when the tension acts on the supporting shaft 6 by a magnetic tape, and abnormal sounds due to oscillation of a roller main body 2 are prevented to stabilize the guide operation.</p> |
