<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for connecting a winding, a mounting terminal, and a winding terminal by using what is obtained by punching a steel plate as a winding part by press. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate is punched for forming a steel plate forming part 1 which is formed by a winding part 1a, a mounting terminal part 1b, and a tip part 1c in one piece, which is subjected to pressing in U-shape. A resin mold 2 is provided at a central part of this character shape, a cutless core 3 is combined at the outer periphery, and a tip part 1c of the mounting terminal which is extended vertically is cut for obtaining a mounting terminal 1d, thus obtaining a transformer. Thus, working time for connecting a winding terminal to the winding and the winding terminal can be reduced.</p> |
