<p>PURPOSE:To accelerate the automation of a series of works from the carrying into a car room to the assembling of a trimming panel and improve the efficiency of the assembling work by concurrently using a reciprocating robot and an assembling jig holding the trimming panel and moving it within a fixed range. CONSTITUTION:A top ceiling 1 is positioned at the waiting position, the arm 4a of a robot 4 is moved to the picking position, the end section of the top ceiling l is held by the clamp 30 of a jig 5, and the surface of the top ceiling 1 is pressed and supported by a supporting cylinder 31. A pin 26a is inserted into a hole 8, and the top ceiling l is integrated with the jig 5. The arm 4a of the robot 4 is moved to the car body side, the top ceiling l is inserted into the car body via a window hole, the jig 5 is moved, and the positioning and temporary fixing to the roof panel 3a position of the car body are performed. A lifter is lowered, the jig 5 is removed from the top ceiling l, and the final fixing work of the top ceiling l is performed.</p> |
